The role brings together forecasting, planning, and cross-functional alignment in a setting where execution directly impacts patient supply.That perspective was shaped during my time at Prime Medicine, where I worked closely with manufacturing, finance, and operations teams to build analytics and planning tools from the ground up. I developed six Power BI dashboards that became part of daily decision-making and helped strengthen inventory planning, improving stock accuracy by 15% and preventing over $250K in potential waste. Working in gene and cell therapy reinforced the importance of precision, ownership, and operational discipline.Earlier experience in manufacturing environments in India provided a strong operational foundation, working with 20+ suppliers and directly on the shop floor with VMC and CNC operations. That exposure grounded my approach to planning in real constraints, not just spreadsheets.Technically, I work across Power BI, SAP, Excel modeling, and Python automation. What drives me most is solving ambiguous problems where data, operations, and people need to align to move outcomes forward.
