It\'s a transformative journey from guilt to pride, pain to powerful image and failure to success.Hi. I am Pranavi Papasani. I am from a humble background of agriculturists. I reside at Bangalore currently. Basically I am from a small town called Madanapalle in Andhra Pradesh.I was a lucky child with many achievements and multi talents. Once I got into the job, I dedicated myself to work completely.I am an intense, energetic, goal oriented professional and have great work ethics. I grew at a faster pace till my manager career level.I continued with the same spirit without investing much time on people even after i became a manager with many other challenges in the team. One event that occurred in my professional life turned my career upside down. My confidence shattered, comparison kicked in. All the possible negative emotions and energies tortured me day in day out. However with my Tenacity and Never Give Up attitude, I reclaimed myself. That event was a trigger in my life for me to rediscover my strong self image, talents that I have long forgotten, my life vision and purpose. Basically that event pushed me to know my true self, my authentic self, my strong self, my universal self. I am no longer worried of my shortcomings. I am happy for who I am and who I want to be. Thereafter I lead a team of professionals whom I inspired them to unlock their full potential and they are extremely happy to work with me.I am on my purpose path to contribute to those who have gone/ are going through same challenges as me.
