Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered innovative solutions that streamline business processes, elevate customer experiences, and drive transformative change within core banking platforms.In my current role, I was recently excited to significantly enhance the application handling times and method for a financial institution, moving potential customers from a 7-day manual process to an automated one that can handle nearly 3K applications per second! And by leveraging microservices in this way, we also generated $8M in revenue in 6 months.In addition, I am deeply immersed in providing strategic guidance to clients through the formulation of their generative AI strategy and vision. I help our innovation teams to establish governance principles that govern gen AI model development and deployment, with a strong emphasis on ensuring data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. While progressing through several roles at Discover, I had a few notable accomplishments. I was very pleased to launch an industry-first hybrid cloud model that allowed us to build cloud-agnostic apps, a true game-changer for the software development teams. I also led the comprehensive transformation of a core banking system and the seamless data migration of 40M records to a cloud-native solution, saving 60% on annual licensing and maintenance costs by devising an effective API strategy to disseminate customer and transactional data across various systems.Beyond my technical proficiency, I am deeply committed to mentorship and fostering the growth of a diverse and talented team.
