Upon entering the mortgage industry, PJ started in various operations and production roles, showcasing his dedication and versatility. His exceptional performance led to his promotion as Vice President of Sales for a prominent division in the Carolina\'s, where he supported national and regional home builders while assisting in 1,500 successful loan closings. PJ\'s passion for growth and development prompted him to join Element Mortgage as a Branch Manager, where he is focused on developing the Southeast, with offices in Central FL, GA, & SC. His aim is to build strong relationships within the community while guiding clients through the intricate process of obtaining mortgage financing.
