With 24+ years of experience in transportation, I am not just a Project Logistics Commercial Manager at CEVA Logistics—I truly love what I do. Being part of a global leader allows me to bring complex projects to life, solve challenges, and create real value for our customers. I specialize in Integrated Projects and End-to-End Solutions across Eastern Europe, covering air, sea, road, warehousing, and project cargo. Logistics, to me, is more than moving goods—it’s about precision, strategy, and impact. Over the years, I’ve worked across industries including oil & gas, power, automotive, and retail, thriving in the dynamic world where every project is unique. I take pride in optimizing operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring safety and sustainability. Passionate about innovation and technology, I constantly seek smarter solutions to enhance logistics. Building Something Bigger Currently, I am leading the EU Control Tower for global customers—a transformative project. My key responsibilities include: Serving as the escalation point for the Control Tower and Pricing team Driving collaboration and progress through weekly team calls Defining the vision, mission, and strategy for key departments Managing major logistics projects and negotiations Expanding our global footprint by establishing new Control Towers worldwide Developing efficient workflows and SOPs Leading customer meetings and business development initiatives What Drives Me Logistics is my passion.
