Ongoing performance tracking and analysis (monthly management accounting, KPI’s, KRI’s, variance analysis, profitability per client and per product, etc.)• Analysis of financial position and results (operating income, operating expenses, credit losses, Balance Sheet, etc.) and regular reviews with stakeholders• Supervising accounting teams (both local and SSC), managing the monthly book-closing process, co-ordination and monitoring of the month-closing activities with the Head Office• Ongoing support for CEO, CFO, Management Board, Business Managers and Head Office – preparation of presentations, advice and recommendations• Leading the forecasting and budgeting process for the Poland\'s organisation and co-ordination with the Head Office, monitoring execution and follow-up• Regular communication with the Head Office (e.g. addressing queries, escalation of issues, raising awareness of local issues, etc.)• Managing the liquidity risk limits for SEB Poland and intercompany financing• Ensuring risk management and compliance with IFRS, corporate policies, models and instructions• Driving efficiency and revenue generation across organisation (pricing improvements, cost savings, process simplification and digitalisation)• Ensuring data quality across the organisation, development and implementation of business intelligence tools supporting growth• Liaison with auditors and external consultants• Portfolio restructuring support (incl. due diligence support, merger/disposal of legal entities)
