Responsible for ES & CMS EHS activities in the region- Organize field EHS support & Lead integration- Focal contact for Operations leaders- Guide EHS Champions- EHSS Contract – implement requirements to be compliant- Define and reduce business risks- Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance at field service organization in order to achieve- EHS excellence & keep EHS Management systems certifications in place- Develop and implement EHS programs, standards, management systems & Environmental, Healthand Safety Framework to ensure compliance with applicable law- Keep the contact with local agencies or consultancy to provide full EHS compliance- Implement Risk Assessment program- Ensure root cause analysis is completed for all injuries and all significant events. Support complex rootcause investigations- Coordinate employee EHS training, training program development and training for operation teammembers- Realize EHS Field audits & customer sites visits in the region, leading compliance, ensure or supportprompt closure of findings- Track goals achievement through collection, analysis and communication of EHS goals andmeasurements, drive performance- Participate in EHS compliance and/or management system audits and providing guidance to field EHSpersonnel on conformance and best management practices- Knowledgeable of local EHS regulations affecting business operations and communicates specificregulatory requirements as they apply to the work setting- Coordinate environmental health and industrial hygiene monitoring as needed- Coordinate with EHS Regional Leader & Operations Management, in determining priorities and healthand safety strategies- Keep close contact with other regions EHS professionals to share best practices- Maintain Gensuite EHS tools & update records for the regions- All other activities & projects assigned to you by your manager- if needed support other regions- Security focal point for business area
