My work ensures operational agility by integrating emerging technologies and aligning multinational initiatives.Previously, as Head of Innovation & Transformation at the Portuguese Naval Staff, I spearheaded high-impact initiatives, including: The Technological Free Zone for rapid prototyping and experimentation; REPMUS exercises, integrating autonomous systems into naval operations; the IDEIA Conference Series, fostering collaboration among military, industry, and academia.A fast learner, I quickly adapt to evolving challenges, ensuring effective decision-making and mission success.
