WORK HISTORY
Business Analyst @Decisions
Virginia Beach, VA, US
As a Business Analyst at Decisions, I act as a strategic liaison between clients and development teams, driving business process automation through the company’s no-code workflow and rules platform. I lead requirements-gathering sessions to identify business objectives and processes, translating them into detailed deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), wireframes, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM). Throughout the project lifecycle, I ensure alignment between client needs and technical solutions by maintaining clear communication, developing acceptance criteria, and validating outcomes. Additionally, I collaborate with product teams to stay current with platform features, enabling the delivery of efficient, scalable solutions that modernize processes and achieve measurable results.
