I have taught OSHA topics such as Working at Heights, Confined Space, LOTO to name a few, for many years.Over the past 30 plus years I have managed Environmental, Health and Safety for several companies. My experience includes creating and managing programs such as Ergonomic, Noise and Dust Mitigation, SPCC Plans, DOT, FMCSA, California BIT Inspections, CUPA Inspections, Cal-ARP (RMP). and PSM. I am very similar with CERS, SMARTS, DOORS, and WAIRE web portals. I have vast experience in storm water management. I also have air permitting (Title V, Cap & Trade, and Rule 2202 (Carpool Program), hazard communication, emergency response, and SARA Tier II and Tier experience. I have supported the companies I’ve worked for in many ways including how hazardous wastes and materials were handled or disposed of. I have collected data and prepared annual reporting documents for such regulatory agencies as California’s SWRCB, AQMD, EPCRA TRI, ARB, RMP-R3 reporting. I have played an active role in the development of several Environmental Management Systems. I have worked with people from all branches of government at the local, state, and federal in the realm of EH & S. I have a great relationship with several regulatory agencies.
