I manage contracts, oversee staff, and guide subconsultants for clients including the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT), City and County of Honolulu Department of Facilities Maintenance Stormwater Quality Branch, and various other private clients. I am adept in earned value project management concepts and implementation using PSMJ\'s PlanTraxx. I also have experience designing and building PowerBI data dashboards to assist in data analysis, visualization, and client decision-making.
