Hello, everyone! I am currently open to work.I have 7 years in the IT industry with 5 years as a Project Manager and 2 years as a developer at the beginning of my career. I have acquired hands-on experience in various areas, including- Management of cross-functional multinational distributed teams (up to 20-40)- Use of different software development methodologies/frameworks based on projects’ needs- Successfully implemented Scrum from scratch- Project management through all phases of the software development life cycle, including projectinitiation, requirements and specifications, development and integration, testing, demonstrations and acceptance, handover, and post-implementation activities- Defined deliverables and resources needed, estimating and planning projects from start to finish- Created project plans, tasks, and risk management, managed and controlled the project requirements and changes, ensuring the alignment of the development with quality assurance- Organization and moderation of meetings, brainstorm sessions, and daily stand-ups. Sprint planning and retrospectives, team performance evaluation, and implementation of adopted performance improvements in the workflow.I have experience in Java and Angular Development.
