In Feb 2021 I joined the Mulesoft LT, allowing me to use my Middleware experience to help our customers to become more \"composable\", to empower developers as they grapple with the Change agenda, and to embrace \"meta-Automation\" through the fusion of Apps Integration, API Management and Robotics Process Automation. Responsible for the Industrial Cluster, one of Mule\'s largest business units by AOV, and encompassing Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence. My team works on some of our most strategic customers, including global scale organisations who use our technology to orchestrate thousands of endpoints, APIs and Integration Fragments. Joined SF Aug 19 to run the UKI Field Service Management business, sitting within Service Cloud - one of SF\'s largest and fastest growing Clouds, covering all aspects of Field Service Ops.
