   Successfully delivered a project in which Beaumont hospitals were able to participate in the Pay-For-Performance (P4P) program. The P4P is an incentive-based program that recognizes hospitals for achievement and improvements in quality, cost efficiency and population health management. Learn more about the partner organization at mpog.org.•Successfully consolidated multiple surgical eboarding platforms into one that served the provider community / all hospitals. Retired technical debt, streamlined processes, architected the solution in a scalable manner, permitting agility in feature additions. Increase in customer satisfaction in the Provider community and in the hospital surgical offices using the solution.•Successfully converted the method of access to patient data in over 300 independent providers offices (over 2,500 office staff) to one which aligned to the Compliance Offices requirements. This project ensures patient data is further protected and accessed by approved office staff.•Successfully led a trial of AI/ML in which key data sets were moved to an Azure cloud for analysis leading to outcomes based on AI/ML. The project was successful in that the cloud environment was stood up and base analysis yielded break even benefits. The organization is looking to this trial as a means of learning for future AI/ML initiatives.•Successfully implemented an Enterprise Credentialing consolidation; 3 disparate Credentialing systems were consolidated into a Single Source of Truth. This platform will retire legacy debt, streamline the process for Providers that are being Credentialed (and Reappointed) and provides access to enterprise data analytics not previously available.
