Customer service and supply chain leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting global customers, complex logistics networks, and third-party supply partners.Throughout my career at Afton Chemical, I have worked at the intersection of customer experience and operational execution, ensuring that complex supply chain realities translate into reliable service for customers. My work has included managing global customer accounts, coordinating production and logistics with third-party partners, resolving high-impact service escalations, and aligning cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments.In March 2026, I stepped into the role of Customer Relationship Supervisor for North America and Canada, where I lead a team responsible for customer order management and service performance across multiple strategic accounts. My focus is on developing a strong team culture while improving communication, transparency, and accountability across the supply chain.Colleagues know me as someone who brings calm problem-solving, clear communication, and strong relationship management to challenging situations. I am also completing a Master of Supply Chain Management at Virginia Commonwealth University (expected May 2026) to deepen my expertise in supply chain strategy, operations, and analytics.Outside of work, I serve as President of One Voice Chorus in Richmond, Virginia, where I lead a volunteer board and support the mission of a vibrant community choral arts organization.I’m always interested in conversations about supply chain operations, customer experience, and leadership development.
