Specializing in tenant representation, Peyton partners closely with clients to align real estate strategies with business objectives — from site selection and lease negotiations to long-term portfolio planning.With over $80 million in completed transactions, Peyton brings significant expertise in the Miami/Dade County market. Known for his responsiveness and ability to simplify complex real estate challenges, Peyton has built lasting relationships with high-growth companies, professional service firms, and organizations navigating key moments of change. Clients appreciate his collaborative approach, which enables them to make more informed decisions in a complex market. He has successfully guided notable deals, including an 18,670-square-foot lease valued at $38.1 million. Peyton’s top-tier advisory services are supported by his real estate experience, finance background, and the integration of the latest technology and data platforms. Before joining Savills, Peyton served as Vice President of Office Advisory at Avison Young in Miami-Dade, where he represented both landlords and tenants.
