After spending over a year leading a $2.5 billion data center project for a confidential client, he returned to Southern California to focus on the acquisition and execution of large technology projects and support other DPR regions. Previously, he oversaw $1.1 billion in construction projects, achieving over $4.5 million per day and 5 million man-hours. Notable projects include Edwards Lifesciences’ $300 million, square foot R&D campus expansion in Irvine, California, and a $130 million, square foot “meat substitute” R&D lab. As project director, he completed the $480 million Broadcom SoCal Campus project in Irvine, which spans 74 acres and features 1 million square feet of R&D space. He also led the $220 million Baxter Bioscience LAMP project, which received two Facility of the Year awards.
