ABOUT PETER BROOKE

I run three businesses, and they do not work the same way at all. BrokerCalls is an affiliate-driven call marketplace where outcomes depend on routing, timing, incentives, and buyer capacity. Blue Interactive is a digital agency where strategy has to survive execution and client variability. HealthPlusLife is a CMS-approved insurance marketplace, licensed in all 50 states, where compliance shapes everything before growth does. The thing I did not expect is how little carries over between them. Something that works in one is often useless in another. So I have stopped looking for plays to copy and spend most of my time on the layer underneath: where assumptions break at scale, how incentives change behavior, and how delays hide the real cause of a problem. I like the problems where nobody has the answer yet. The landscape keeps changing, and I would rather build something for how it works now than defend how it used to work. AI is a big part of that for me. We use it to cut manual review, catch inconsistencies, and prioritize signals. I stay hands-on in the tools myself because I want to understand how they actually work, not just get a summary of it. It helps me think through problems, it does not replace the thinking. I build more than I post. When I do write here, it is usually just notes from the work.
