I\'m a senior recruiter and team lead supporting the Global Technology group, with a focus on current software engineering, database architecture, and cloud technologies. Hilton Global Technology is a lot of fun to represent as a recruiter. We are solving interesting and bleeding-edge technical challenges at a scope and scale that you find in few other companies. More importantly, our tech culture is built around our Team Members- the tried-and-true belief that if your employees are happy, they contribute more fully, and your customers benefit as a result. One of the most consistent pieces of feedback I get from my hires is how different our Tech group is from any other job they\'ve had.
