Based in our Melbourne office, I am the Managing Director and Head of Investment of Investment Sales, Australasia.Having been with JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group for over 19 years now, for nearly a decade I worked in the Sydney office and before that, Brisbane. This has given me extensive exposure to Australasia\'s various hotel investment markets (Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific) and helped to develop a transactional track record spanning budget to luxury accommodation properties, island resorts and major portfolios.Most proudly, I have been involved in several of JLL’s record breaking and landmark transactions across the region, including both established assets and new developments.At the start of my career I spent considerable time within our valuations, strategic advisory, research, asset management and marketing divisions. This has allowed me to gain valuable experience in providing insolvency & receivership solutions, consultancy & opportunity marketing, investment strategy reviews and operator selections.
