Conducting 500-hour phase maintenance inspections on AH64-E models on Areas 1-15. Conducted unscheduled maintenance as per work orders raised by the USG which included but not limited to 250-hour inspections, 125-hour inspections, AWS and AHS faults, EPMS faults, Utility and primary hydraulic issues, Fuel system leak rectification, Sighting system fault rectification (TADS, PNVS, FCR) Stand in team lead. Liaised with production control with open and honest communication regarding aircraft status and estimated date of maintenance completion. Ensured maintenance is conducted in accordance with the correct applicable technical manual. Ensured all personnel were trained on equipment prior to use. Adhered to company policies especially regarding safety and use of equipment. Certification completed on following to date-AH64 Flight Control Rigging qualified -AH64 Jacking Supervisor -AH64 TOW Supervisor -AH64 TOW Vehicle Operator -Tactical vehicle, CRANE (LRT 110) 7.5T -Nitrogen cart certified -Aircraft ground power unit (AGPU) operator
