By implementing a rigorous phased transition, I ensured that 4 operational control rooms remained fully functional throughout the move, eliminating any risk to ongoing operations.Strategic Greenfield Development: Currently leading the AV/IT program for the Shell Riverside project, an 8-floor greenfield development. My role involves navigating the complexities of modern office fit-outs, from initial design and procurement to the integration of enterprise-grade networking and audiovisual systems.Operational Excellence: Beyond project delivery, I lead a dedicated 8-person team at the Shell Woodcreek campus, focusing on robust program governance, financial transparency, and building the \"business partner\" relationships necessary to bridge the gap between IT and Real Estate operations.
