I began my career with Cracker Barrel at the Florence SC location and currently working at the Fayetteville North Carolina. I have worked at 17 other locations in order to help develop staff, running shifts and please people to allow for my counter parts to recover from situations or to allow new people to complete their training. My flexibility has allowed me to work in these different locations, giving me the opportunity to work with a lot of different types of people. This flexibility has given me the great opportunity to learn different techniques to coach and develop my teammates and employees. These skills have led to me becoming a more effective leader. Thus allowing me to increase productivity of the team which improves moral and my ability to have the best restaurants in there respective markets. As well it has allowed me to display my mastery of labor management, inventory control, staffing and employee development.
