Create a leadership development framework and portfolio of offerings to support gaps in existing offerings from regions, functions and corporate offerings. Design, develop and facilitate impactful leadership learning sessions for a global management audience to enable higher individual and team performance. Seek out partnerships to innovate learning at GE Healthcare. Create toolkits, frameworks and just-in-time offerings to support managers at a global level. Achievements: Co-designed and co-facilitated interactive culture summits including a structured problem-solving “hack-a-thon” session to address key improvement levers from engagement survey results in US, India and Europe. After significant discussion with business, corporate and HR partners, created and socialized a practical leadership development portfolio/framework incorporating a complex regional, functional and corporate set of offerings with new initiatives to better meet the immediate and future needs of the Healthcare business and its associated strategy. Created an intimate online learning experience encouraging leaders to share personal and leadership-related challenges and attempted solutions during the transition to remote working due to Covid-19. Designed, then redesigned for online delivery, developed and launched a blended learning program for new people leaders (managers) encompassing a set of curated LinkedIn Learning offerings, internal online modules and interactive virtual instructor-led offerings. Prepared internal leaders and HR partners to facilitate small group sessions to allow for practice in a safe, trustful environment; instilling long-term, cross-business, cross-functional relationships and application of learnings to participants’ work environments.(Delivered in Africa, US/Canada, planned for India, Japan/Asian, Latin America regions) Consulted on design and rollout of Workday training and change management materials and integrated curriculum into new manager learning path.
