Develops, implements, monitors, and enhances strategies and tactics for CFAES that promote alumni engagement and align with current college and university initiatives.• Collaborates with various colleagues across campus to establish and evaluate engagement metrics, determine best strategies for effective stewardship and recognition of alumni volunteers.• Collaborates with CFAES department and unit partners across campus to inform the strategy for alumni engagement and determine ways to integrate students into the alumni engagement plan. • Utilizes university CRM’s to track engagement, update alumni information, and track metrics for engagement for succession planning all while maintaining strict confidentiality. • Develops and contributes to CFAES alumni communications to ensure that communications and marketing initiatives promote Ohio State and CFAES according to established marketing efforts and brand. • Manages a team of four CFAES and 4-H alumni relations professionals. • Recruits and engages volunteers and provides primary oversight of the CFAES Alumni Society.• Works with Ohio 4-H staff and their foundation board to engage 4-H alumni.
