Boasting an impressive career spanning over 15 years in management, I have honed my skills across a wide array of sectors including Non-formal Education, Entrepreneurship, Early Warning Systems, Marine Hazards, Social Inclusion, Active Citizenship, Gender Equality, and Sport. My professional journey has seen me excel in various roles such as Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Trainer, Youth Worker, Finance Manager, and Contract and Claim Manager. International Experience I have garnered valuable international experience, having worked in Turkey, Austria, and with partners from different parts of Europe. Career Highlights Throughout my professional journey, I\'ve led numerous impactful projects funded by esteemed organizations like the Erasmus+ Program, Horizon 2020 Program of the European Commission, and UNICEF. These include: • The ASTARTE Project, an EU initiative under the FP7 Grant • Strengthening Pre-School Education Project, aimed at disparity reduction, social inclusion, and protection, financed by UNICEF • Youth-focused initiatives such as \"YEP!
