I lead large-scale cloud and transformation programs that demand structure, clarity, and focused delivery — especially when timelines are tight and business impact is critical. Currently at Capgemini, I manage multiple initiatives within a global cloud migration and infrastructure transformation program for a pharmaceutical enterprise. With over 100 workloads across the US, Brazil, Asia, and Europe, my focus is on enabling consistent delivery across global teams and technical streams. I’m often trusted with complex, delayed, or at-risk projects where hitting the target matters. In two major programs, I assumed ownership midstream after significant delays.
