As the Leadership Development Manager at Denny\'s Inc, I am responsible for the development and management of inclusive training initiatives aimed at developing leadership skills, driving company culture, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion. This involves strategically collaborating with cross-functional departments, working closely with stakeholders, and leading project teams to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of our training programs. In my first year in this role, I have embraced opportunities to contribute significantly to the organization. As co-chair of the Women\'s Leadership Business Resource Group, I actively promote growth and advancement for women, while collaborating with executives to develop a flagship course that enhances employee well-being. Additionally, I have made substantial progress in designing and implementing a comprehensive leadership development program tailored for Restaurant General Managers and District Managers. Currently, I lead a cross-functional team in the design and implementation of a standardized onboarding program that will ensure the smooth integration of new team members into our company culture.
