ABOUT PERCY CARRIAPEN

Son of a diplomat, Percy was born in Mauritius. He spent his childhood in different African countries, before being sent to France to study in hotel management. Passionate about the hotel industry, he started developing a huge affection for luxury and the French élégance.Percy started his international career in luxury hotels, in the Seychelles and the Maldives ( Both with Constance group), where he worked his way up the ranks. After, he left for Dubai with Accor Group at Novotel World Trade Center, where he supervised F&B outlets (restaurants, bars as well as banquets). After, he joined the LUX Collective Hotel Group, first as an Executive Assistant manager i/c F&B and then as a Resident Manager for 6 years, just before arriving in Canada. Percy returned to the Accor Group, as Director of Food & Beverage in Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, in the Charlevoix region (QC, Canada).Back to his roots in Mauritius, he took over the Veranda Pointes aux Biches Hotel, as General Manager. Afterwards, he came back to Canada in the well-known four-season holiday destination, Mont-Tremblant, to marshal as General Manager the new luxury project; Bel Air Tremblant Resort & Residence. This was just before joining the team of the prestigious Stonehaven le Manoir | Relais & Châteaux, where he will be able to demonstrate his love for gastronomy, share his great passion with the team, and amaze each guest with an astonishing experience.Sincerely,PC
