As Delegation Director for Central & South America at Relais & Châteaux, I oversee a portfolio of luxury hotels and restaurants in Latin America. I lead the development and execution of the region’s annual action plan and budget, while optimizing member engagement to ensure maximum return on investment. My responsibilities include conducting on-site service reviews with property owners and/ or general managers, organizing key regional trainings, events and sales activations, and supporting brand visibility through editorial content, local promotional initiatives, and strategic partnerships.I also oversee implementations by ensuring new members understand and adopt the foundational systems and processes needed to operate effectively within the Relais & Châteaux ecosystem, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
