PEOPLE:• Drive the OE culture and deliver the OE Vision for the function and the development of OE Capabilities• Provide expertise and leadership on Management Systems to employees at various levels across the organization• A focal point for the organization’s training and competency development needs of the workforce and is a key influential leader in the area of operating management systems• Lead, teach and coach people at all levels on operations excellence processesPROCESS:• Assure health of the operating management systems, work processes, and key performance metric; corrective actions process, management of change, and compliance tasks• Identify barriers to success and solicits help from leadership when needed• Develop process improvement initiatives• Develop business transformation and process improvement roles using proven problem solving/continuous improvement methodologies• Develop Tools or platforms to drive transformation across Functions in the BU, one big idea at a time• Experience with change management and influencing organizational culture changePERFORMANCE:• Drive Function collaboration for HSE, People, Operating, Cost performance sustainability and improvement through to PSC life• Provide support in achieving the operational productivity targets and identifying Best Practices opportunities• Work to achieve a sustainable continuous improvement site culture. • Review facility capability and environment (e.g, technology, systems, safety, quality, cost, efficiencies, yield, logistics) in order to recommend process improvements• Facilitate the development of and maintain the operations excellence plan for the location• Lead continuous improvement events resulting in the resource competency and knowledge development and KPI performance • Use tracking and reporting systems, prepare plans, drive performance, and assure timely completion and achievement of product/process quality and savings goals
