As a user researcher, I am responsible for planning and conducting research for digital services. Working in an Agile environment, and working to GDS standards. Experience in Discovery and Alpha exit checkpoints. Alongside project work, I support the UX Lead and UX Practice lead with Resourcing, HR, training requirements as part of our commitment to growing the UX community • Identifying who the users are, and planning suitable research activities I have experience in Discovery, Alpha and Public Beta phases of projects. I have worked both on internal and external services, using Interviews, Usability Testing and quantitative research. • Persona Creation • User needs analysis • User journey mapping • Sharing research findings with project stakeholders
