I’m a water utility and GIS specialist with over 24 years of experience helping municipal water and wastewater systems solve real-world operational, regulatory, and infrastructure challenges. My work sits at the intersection of water systems and geospatial technology. I design and implement practical GIS solutions that improve asset visibility, support compliance, and strengthen decision-making—especially for small and resource-constrained utilities. Over the course of my career, I’ve: Supported utilities across New Jersey with operations, compliance, and emergency response. Designed and implemented GIS and GNSS-based asset mapping programs. Built and managed ArcGIS Online environments for infrastructure tracking and planning. Developed a UAV (drone) program to deliver aerial imagery for asset assessment and vulnerability planning. Trained operators and stakeholders to adopt GIS tools in day-to-day workflows. I’m particularly interested in helping organizations translate complex technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions that deliver real impact in the field. Currently, I am working toward my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to further strengthen my ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
