Led the 16 market finance organization, followed by successful cycles as president of Avon in Argentina ($600 million) and then in Mexico ($1.1 billion).o Chairman’s Bowl Award: Avon\'s 2nd most important recognition and among 64 markets, for delivering in Argentina the highest growth in 8 years, operating margin expansion of 230 bps, inventory reduction of 25% and external debt reduction of 50%.o Developed plan, negotiated and implemented a finance shared service center with CapGemini, serving all 16 Avon markets and with approximately 200 FTE’s. o At AOL Latin America, experienced a full cycle of an enterprise as a finance executive: business plan, launch and operation in 4 countries, strategic partnerships, initial public offering (IPO), competitive challenges and bankruptcy.
