Vision of the business environment, with analytic capability, obtained through management experience in a multinational company, with direct interface with the high Management group in matrix organization. Solid knowledge of Human Resource process, People Management and HSE, developing and establishing policies, strategic planning and budget. Knowledge of all Human Resources functions: salary, performance evaluation, recruitment, selection, training and development, people administration, dealing with the Union and labour complains. Knowledge to design, plan, and implement international human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health, safety and environmental programs. Large experience in project management, negotiation and coordination of interdepartmental action plans, comprising human resources, contracts administration. Attendance to the implementation of SAP system (ERP), specially referring to the Human resources area, being responsible for the risk assessment in the generalization of the tool to the company. Large experience of work with contract management and outsourcing of service rendered, negotiating with suppliers, connecting management systems and establishing new processes, optimizing flows and redesigning processes aiming retrenchment of expenses.
