Driving strategic growth through partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion. • Focused on unlocking new revenue streams, shaping go-to-market strategies, and building lasting commercial relationships.Zeki Data represents a fundamental shift in how we understand the relationship between human capital and technological advancement. Unlike traditional talent intelligence that tracks workforce availability and compensation trends, Zeki Data applies proprietary performance analytics to identify specific individuals with proven capabilities to drive breakthrough innovations—often before these individuals become widely recognised in the market. What sets Zeki Data apart is our specialisation in science and technology talent only, and our unique ability to identify the areas of R&D expertise (research backgrounds) whilst also measuring the quality of this talent. Our data draws on open sources of data that are not self-selected reported experiences such as in a CV or job application. Our scoring system of 50 performance indicators signals which individuals are positioned to create disproportionate commercial value. We track the movement patterns of these high-signal individuals to identify which organisations are systematically attracting breakthrough talent—often revealing emerging leaders before conventional market indicators. For our clients, Zeki Data delivers a decisive competitive advantage: the ability to identify both individual talent and organisations with outsized potential for technical advancement, similar to how sophisticated investors identify undervalued assets before the broader market recognises their worth. The result is clear – unique and powerful strategic foresight that informs R&D partnerships, investment decisions, competitor monitoring, and talent acquisition strategies with unprecedented precision.

ABOUT PAUL MANN

Entrepreneur. Connector. Business Builder.I am the Director of Business Development at Zeki Data, where I get to do what I love most: bring brilliant people and companies together to unlock new value. We’re reshaping how the world thinks about R&D talent data – and turning it into a strategic advantage.I’ve spent nearly two decades at the intersection of R&D, GTM and consultancy, navigating everything from high-speed F1 tech to complex defense systems. I thought I’d seen it all—until I encountered Zeki Data. Their roots in British Intelligence and their visionary use of data represent a paradigm shift in the industry. Between the sheer potential of the platform and the chance to collaborate with Tom Hurd, I knew I had to join the mission.Since then, things have moved fast. I have driven our commercial traction in the market place - working on early pilots to working with global tech giants, frontier AI labs, leading investment firms, UK government departments, advisory firms and think tanks. The excitement I felt about Zeki Data is now shared across a growing portfolio of clients. Before Zeki, I spent over a decade scaling an R&D tax consultancy I founded – building a team of former KPMG pros and driving strong commercial growth. My earlier career included R&D advisory at KPMG and a stint at Fujifilm, where I helped lead key digital transformation and innovation initiatives. With a background in Computer Science and over 20 years working across tech strategy, implementation, and commercial growth, I’ve had the chance to partner with some of the world’s most forward-thinking innovators.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a mountain bike, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (blue belt!), scuba diving, or tending to an overly ambitious aquascape. I also have a long-standing obsession with classic Porsches.I am always happy to connect with curious minds, ambitious builders, and anyone passionate about the future of innovation.
