ABOUT PAUL JOHNSON
I have two big passions: working with and building great technology and working with and building great teams. I spent ~22 years at Qualcomm where I grew from an intern to a senior director. I have a number of patents specifically on integrating GPS into mobile phones. My last job at Qualcomm was to lead the Windows on ARM software team. In my decades there I learned how to execute complex projects and also how to manage and lead teams.For two years after Qualcomm, I ran my own consulting business, leadership.dev. I helped companies big and small and coached CTO\'s, VP\'s and senior directors in technology to be more effective.In July 2023 I joined NVIDIA\'s GPU software team!I love when teams can come together to solve complex problems. I have a track record of execution and creating environments where people can do their best work.
