ABOUT PAULINA GUADARRAMA PARLATTO

In my professional journey, I have gained diverse experiences that have shaped my expertise in business marketing and entrepreneurship. My most recent experience as a sales assistant at LOEWE Paris has allowed me to expand my skills in the luxury industry where I gained first-hand insights into the complexities of the luxury industry, its clientele, and the dedication it takes to maintain excellence. During my 6-month internship at SHASA, I focused on strategic management for omnichannel retail, where I played a role in creating omnichannel strategies, and enhancing the brand\'s presence across various selling points. My commitment to social impact is evident in my role as the Founder and Project Manager of SINERGIATEC, an NGO dedicated to teaching reading comprehension and writing skills to 400 children in vulnerable situations skills via a governmental organization. I have been responsible for designing an effective educational system while actively seeking sponsorships for the project\'s sustainability and growth. Notably, SINERGIATEC has earned support from prestigious institutions such as Tecnológico de Monterrey and Universidad de Chile.On the academic front, I pursue a Bachelor\'s degree in Global Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey with a Leadership Scholarship. Additionally, I pursued a Master\'s in Luxury Marketing and Brand Management through a Double Degree program at Rennes School of Business. To further augment my skills, I completed an Entrepreneurship and Brand Development Program from the Tecnológico de Monterrey Business Incubator. Finally, my journey as a student involved leadership roles such as serving as the President of the Social Responsibility Alumni Board, that reflects on my dedication to achieve a holistic growth and excellence in both academic and professional endeavors.
