That means harnessing the talents of our people, our AI, our data, and our cutting-edge Talent Acquisition Cloud, to help world-leading organizations build relationships with the people that matter to them. Before joining Radancy and moving to New York City, I was founder CEO of Carve, the global social media agency that became part of the Radancy family in 2019. I\'ve had the privilege to work at the forefront of social, digital strategy, content marketing and talent for 25 years, having joined early start-up taps.com in 1998. Before launching Carve, I ran the digital divisions of two boutique UK advertising agencies. An avid skier, terrible sailor and current affairs junkie, I\'ve lectured on The Digital Society at The University of Manchester, and was Chair of the RAD Awards in 2018.
