About Paul Cole
I am an energy executive with more than 20 years of experience leading operations, commercial teams, and enterprise-scale initiatives across the global energy sector. My career spans frontline field operations, asset and district leadership, and senior commercial roles in some of the industry’s most complex, safety-critical, and capital-intensive environments.I currently serve as Senior Vice President at Invisible, where I am building and leading the Energy vertical. My focus is on helping energy enterprises create clarity from highly unstructured and fragmented data, and on connecting AI-enabled solutions to real operational outcomes—improving safety performance, operational excellence, and cost structure at scale. Invisible’s work supports organizations across the full energy ecosystem, from subsurface development and production through processing, transportation, transmission, and delivery to the end consumer.Previously, I spent more than 15 years at Schlumberger in roles ranging from field engineering and operations leadership to sales management, where I led large teams, managed significant assets, and drove material revenue and margin growth. I later served as Vice President of Operations at an emerging energy technology company, working at the intersection of subsurface engineering, new energy systems, and enterprise execution.I hold a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. I am passionate about building high-performing teams and helping the energy industry responsibly deliver affordable, reliable energy while navigating increasing operational and technological complexity.
