Verantwoordelijk voor het team (+/- 35 professionals) dat zich volledig richt op alternatieve vastgoedmarkten en specialistische projecten. Het team bestaat uit adviseurs op het gebied van capital markets, taxateurs en consultants. Naast aan- en verkoop concentreren wij ons op specialistische taxaties en strategisch advies. Voorbeelden van de projecten waaraan wij werken zijn onder andere (grootschalige) grondposities, herontwikkelingsstudies, datacenters, zorgvastgoed, exploitatievastgoed, erfpachtadvies en verzekeringstaxaties. Tevens maakt onze afdeling \'Strategic Consulting\' deel uit van het team, waarin datagestuurde onderzoeken met betrekking tot de vastgoedmarkt worden uitgevoerd, gericht op overheden, ontwikkelaars en eindgebruikers.Responsible for the team (+/- 35 professionals) that is fully focused on alternative real estate markets and specialized projects. The team consists of advisors in the field of capital markets, appraisers, and consultants. In addition to buying and selling, we focus on specialized appraisals and strategic advice. Examples of the projects we work on include (large-scale) land positions, redevelopment studies, data centers, healthcare real estate, operational real estate, leasehold advice, and insurance appraisals. Also, our \'Strategic Consulting\' department is part of the team, where data-driven research related to the real estate market is conducted, aimed at governments, developers, and end-users.
