Lytton Refinery is undertaking on a significant upgrade to meet new fuel quality standards set by the Commonwealth Government. The Ampol Future Fuels Gasoline Desulfurisation Project aims to reduce sulphur content in all petrol grades while also limiting aromatic hydrocarbons by December 2025.These changes will help lower harmful emissions, improve fuel efficiency, and support Australia’s transition to cleaner vehicles. The upgrade will also play a vital role in enhancing fuel security in Australia and reducing greenhouse gas emissions across the transport sector.Future Fuels will ensure that the Project meets or exceeds regulatory requirements and is developed to ensure that both safety and environmental factors are the highest priority.As a QA/QC inspector my duties onsite include:Control and the distribution of all the company\'s quality documentationMonitor all quality related activities on the projectPerform internal audits on behalf of the company\'s managementVerify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.Attend client quality management meetingsThe preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirementsMonitor and review issued nonconformance reports to ensure they are closed out with sufficient resolutionsMonitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC managerCoordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.Review documentation upon the completion of each Work pack.
