Based in the UK responsible for multi-site Medical Diagnostics R&D projects. • Head of Siemens Point of Care UDI program, ensuring all of the POC medical diagnostic products are compliant with the FDA UDI requirements, requiring changes to 213 products across 27 manufacturing facilities around the World. Co-ordinating process changes within the manufacturing sites and design changes for each product, whilst minimising stock write off and avoiding production delays during switch over to the new designs. Delivered ahead of schedule and under budget. • Managed a multi-site development team to upgrade software features on a currently manufactured product, extending the feature set of the product and helping to ensure it remains the number one urine analyser on the market.
