ABOUT PAUL MEAKIN

I am an enthusiast. Fascinated by many topics and ideas in my professional and personal lives, and frustrated by my inability to indulge in them all. If I could study for another PhD, I would! From trees to vintage motorcycles in my personal life, to early stage company growth in biosciences and teamwork in my professional life. Engaging with highly motivated people has driven and shaped my career across agricultural research, business development, rapid diagnostics and starting a company. Too many wonderful experiences to list, and I am now in the fascinating position of being able and ready to share knowledge and experience with companies in the biosciences and diagnostic space. Happiest when actually \'doing stuff\' rather than pontificating, I most enjoy engaging with colleagues or clients in reaching successful outcomes. It\'s more than business development, for me it\'s \'business life\'. Finding, creating and fulfilling opportunities to develop and commercialise products using a life-time of skills and experiences to make things work.
