ABOUT PAUL HENRY
I have extensive experience of property and finance matters covering a wide range of projects that focus on achieving best asset usage and maximisation of returns.I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and undertook insolvency and restructuring assignments gaining an Insolvency Practitioners Licence. Subsequently I worked in the venture capital industry making equity investments into growing businesses followed by a return to practice to specialise in project finance and mergers and acquisitions. In Osborne King, I lead the advisory and consultancy service where I combine financial and commercial expertise with the embedded depth of property knowledge and experience.I am proud to serve as President of Chartered Accountants Ireland for 2020/21 and I am also current Chair of the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies.
