I do this by: educating my clients so they are able to make solid decisions, staying organized so all documentation can be found at a moments notice, being proactive and foreseeing possible road blocks before they become problems, and by being punctual with all appointments, showings, and communicationsI also educate MDs & DDSs around the Midwest regarding the home buying process utilizing my Housing Options Seminar. These professionals have spent years educating and training themselves in very demanding fields and I feel it is important to present them with housing options (whether to rent or buy) before they graduate.
