As one of the original four Cyber General Officers selected by the Army, I have over 31 years of progressive technical and organizational leadership experience. I am responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and readiness of the joint cyber force, as well as integrating cyber capabilities into the joint force and the defense of the Nation.My core competencies include military, integration, military operations, and cybersecurity. I have a Master of Science in National Security and Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School, a Master of Business Administration with specialty in IT Development from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a Master of Science in IT Development and IT Project Management from the same university. I am passionate about developing highly effective organizations, motivating employees toward peak performance in challenging environments, and providing decisive solutions to large complex problems.
