Support and assist with facilities issues and questions from the branch operations team.• Support and assistance with payment issues for resolution.• Review Lease documents to determine Landlord or Tenant responsibility.• Contact Landlords to discuss facility issue to ensure repair completed in a timely manner.• Obtain the third-party vendor’s W-9 and Certification of Insurance with workers comp, general liability, automobile liability, and property insurance for vendor setup. • Obtain management approval of third-party vendor quotes.• Review and approve Invoices.• Assist with branch relocations and mergers.• Assist with utilities setup and disconnection. • Prepare marketing packets and submit to the marketing department.• Obtain and review photos of newly opened branches and compare photos to site drawing.• Assist with Landlord/Ownership changes.• Coordinate new signage installations, replacements, and repairs.• Draft Lease Agreements, Amendments, Option letters, and Termination Letters for legal signature.• Maintain database and schedule rent payments.• Perform other projects assigned by Manager.
