It seems hard to believe but I\'ve been successfully listing and selling real estate in the greater Bath/Brunswick area for 32 years now. In 2021 I moved to Savannah Georgia and now I\'m also licensed to sell real estate there! How lucky am I! While I don\'t \"specialize\" in any one niche, I especially enjoy helping residential Buyers and Sellers in both states both on the water and inland. My interest in housing doesn\'t stop with the listing and selling of residential properties. I served as the 2008 President of the Maine Association of REALTORs, as Regional Vice President of our 6 New England States in 2011, 2014 Chair of NARs Housing Opportunity Committee and 2017 Chair of NAR\'s Legal Action Committee.I am currently a member of NAR\'s Housing Opportunites Committee, MAR\'s Legislative Committee and GAR\'s Communication Committee!I love to keep active with the non profit housing organizations in my area including as the 2021 President of Tedford Housing and continuing my role as a Board member with Midcoast Maine Community Action Agency.
