Over his more than 40 year real estate career, Pat Gallagher has completed more than $5 billion of office and industrial transactions and development; playing key roles in the development, leasing and sales of over 3.9 million sf of Class “A” office space and 20 million SF of investment-grade industrial projects. Pat\'s knowledge of the national office and industrial markets and emerging trends puts him in an excellent position at Dermody Properties to be part of an an ambitious industrial investment and development program. As a commercial broker, he exclusively represented several national tenants and developments. For over five years, he was the exclusive broker representing AT & T in all of their major transactions in the Midwest. Pat has been quoted in numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal, GlobeSt.com, and various other trade publications and newspapers. Pat is often a speaker at several local, national and regional events. Additionally, Pat is a member of the NAIOP Forum and the Urban Land Institute Council. Pat, who joined Dermody in 2013, has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Benedictine University.
